Blog Development Update

I’ve updated to the latest version of WordPress.  I have some plans to redo certain parts of my blog theme, including typography, navigation, and color theme.  I’m still brainstorming at the moment though.  I have been working on some projects that I will be posting about in the future.  However I’m waiting till I have a few more things finished.  The hard drive crash combined with the move to Atlanta as well as getting sick in the middle of it has taken up most of my time.  It has been a difficult past few months.

Of Electrical Storms and Hard Drives

At the beginning of the summer an electrical storm fried my laptop’s hard drive.  Luckily I had just saved a number of things to my external hard drive, so I lost relatively few files.  Regardless, having to replace the hard drive and re-install all my programs as well as moving in the middle of it really cut into my original summer schedule.  The move was especially draining.  My plan right now is to continue adjusting to my new area, so I might be scarce for a little while.  I’ll update in August as to my new schedule once I get used to the swing of all the new things fall has to throw at me.

 

Update:  Expect a post in the early half of September.
